Ajay Jain

Managing Partner

With over 30 years of experience in the field of Direct Taxation, Ajay has served clients across various sectors including manufacturing, services and information technology. He specialises in representation before the Assessing Officer and Appelate Authorities, and has been handling income tax and wealth tax for corporate tax clients including full-fledged retainership services.

Apart from domestic tax, his major assignments also include Tax Related Internal and Forensic Audit for Manufacturing and Service companies, corporate law matters, acquisitions and mergers, Business Valuations etc. while in practice he has assisted a number of international companies to set up their shop in India. He is also Director in Two Axis Fintech Services Private Limited.

Hemant Arora

Partner

An Associate member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India with specialization in Statutory and Internal Audits of Corporate’s, MNC’s, Bank Statutory Audits and PSU’s, Direct and Indirect Tax matters handling, Due Diligence for the Corporates/ Banking Sector. He is also undergoing the “DIPLOMA of INFORMATION SYSTEM AUDITOR – DISA” course conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

An Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was formerly working with KPMG for 3 years. He has got exposure in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Due diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions and Tax compliance matters.

Anubhav Jain

Director

Anubhav Jain is a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Certified Public Accountant of Australia.
Anubhav has over 7 years of industry experience into advising several Domestic and International Corporates on the maters relating to International Tax, FEMA, and structuring of Inbound and Outbound investment. Anubhav jas also represented the Tax Assessment and Appellate Authorities at various levels.
Anubhav has authored various articles including topics such as Equalization Levy, Masala Bonds, BEPS and PE etc. which have been published in various esteemed journals.
Anubhav has also got exposure in Off-Shore Accounting, International Taxation, and Financial Reporting. Dealing with clients across Australia and New Zealand, Anubhav has a good experience into tax laws of India, Australia and New Zealand and has advised clients in planning their taxes.
